1 package (14 ounces) McCormick® Grill Mates® Smoky Applewood Loop Sausage
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/3 cup olive oil
2 teaspoon sugar
4 cups broccoli florets
2 cups chopped kale
1 medium apple, cored and cut into chunks
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup toasted chopped pecans
1. GRILL sausage according to package directions. Cool slightly and cut into thin slices.
2. MIX vinegar, mustard, olive oil and sugar in a large bowl with wire whisk. Add sausage and remaining ingredients; toss to coat well.
3. REFRIGERATE until ready to serve.
Makes 8 servings.
