1 pkg. (14 oz.) McCormick® Grill Mates® Brown Sugar Bourbon Smoked Sausage
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 tbsp. oil
6 slices crisply cooked bacon
6 long potato rolls
Your favorite BBQ sauce (optional)
1. GRILL sausages as directed on package.
2. TOSS onions and peppers with oil.Cook in skillet on stove top or in foil packet on grill until tender-crisp.
3. PLACE bacon in rolls. Top with sausages, onions and peppers mixture and BBQ sauce, if desired.
