1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup diced red bell pepper
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
1 cup diced yellow onion
1 package (14 ounces) McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak® Loop Sausage, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
2 cans (15 ounces) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (14 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1. HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add peppers, onion and sausage. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
2. STIR in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. SERVE with hot sauce, if desired.
